I’ve been invited to speak on March 16th at the Kelsey Group’s Interactive Local Media conference in Los Angeles. Yesterday, the assignment outline for my panel arrived in my in-box: I’m speaking with Chip Perry of AutoTrader and we’re both being asked to give a little “State of the Industry” update at the outset.
When I think about the state of real estate marketing and advertising, I’m immediately struck by the significant innovation that’s going on as agents try to find ways to get themselves out in the market without spending significant amounts of money. It’s put pressure on traditional media outlets like ours, but it’s definitely exciting to watch.
What would you characterize as the biggest trends in real estate advertising and marketing in the past year? Give me a hand and leave your thoughts as a comment. I’m interested I’m what you are thinking.
