Most of the properties that we list on <a href="http://www.4walls.us" rel="nofollow">4 Walls</a> are very conscious of these trends. People are working longer hours and they're doing it at home. Leaving the office isn't like leaving the office anymore... I think it's interesting that more people are seeking home offices and are less concerned with other features.
