    Regardless I have listened to this twice and this really sums up what is happening in today's environment. Brands just make buying decisions easier as they have created a sense of trust and a personality through advertising. Future trust and personality will be created via real world interaction on the internet. As you so soundly stated as your voice becomes your true brand, your voice is recreated daily by your actions on the social web.
