Niche Digital Keynote upload

Here’s an upload of the presentation that I gave at the Niche Digital Media conference in Minneapolis this week, with a scratchy audio overlay.  The talk is roughly 15 minutes and gives an overview of the content-sharing model we’ve been experimenting with.  Thanks to Carl Landau at Niche Media for providing the platform for the talk.

    Thanks for the heads up Craig. It's fixed now. YouTube changed its limit on length — can't upload anything over 10 minutes. Guess they are getting destroyed by bandwidth costs.
